Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION OVERVIEW

 

At SMARTFOX WEAR, we understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order. We aim to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible while ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Please review the following guidelines carefully before requesting a cancellation.



CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at contact@smartfoxwear.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If your order is still under processing, our team will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Once the order is marked as “Shipped”, it can no longer be cancelled, and the Return & Refund Policy will apply instead.



CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

 

  • If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may choose to refuse delivery upon arrival; however, applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds for refused orders will be processed only after the product is received back at our warehouse in original condition.



CANCELLATION OF PREPAID ORDERS

 

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible window (before dispatch), refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation will be accepted. You can apply for a return after delivery, as per our Return & Refund Policy.



CANCELLATION OF CASH-ON-DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

 

  • COD orders can also be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email or phone.

  • Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept COD orders may lead to restrictions on placing future COD orders on our website.


SMARTFOX WEAR’S RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS

 

SMARTFOX WEAR reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Payment not received or payment verification failure.

  • Inaccurate shipping details or suspicious activity detected.

  • Technical errors or pricing inaccuracies on the website.

In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded to the original mode of payment.



REFUND TIMELINE

 

Upon a successful cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
