ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official website.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, customized products, and items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange or refund.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@smartfoxwear.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or incorrect item received.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • In the case of partial returns, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.

  • Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item or size, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@smartfoxwear.com with clear photos and order details.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
